Review policy

Reviews only work if you can trust them. These are our rules.

Reviewers sign in with Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn. We don't accept anonymous reviews.
Reviewers confirm they are or were a client, which service they used, and roughly when.
Reviewers must say if they're related to the firm or received anything for the review. This is shown on the review.
Reviews appear after a short check, usually within two working days.
Firms can reply publicly and can ask us to check a review, but can't delete it.
We remove reviews only for abuse, personal data, clear fakes or undisclosed conflicts. Every removal is logged.
We never copy reviews from other sites, write reviews ourselves, or offer incentives for reviews.
Firms must invite all their clients to review, not only happy ones.
